Not worth the money. The room was clean and cute, yes. But very, veryyy small. And the staff is all young snotty kids who do not know the meaning of "treating guests with courtesy." One staff member was especially rude my fiance and I--instead of politely greeting us when we returned to the "hotel" (camp) from dinner, he gave us the rudest facial expression imaginable. The place has more of a "camp"/apartment building-feel to it, than a luxury hotel. I would rather save money and stay at the Mont Bleu or Harrah's and have 24 hour room-service available to me, as well as staff that treat you like a valued guest. We will not be wasting money on that place ever again. That's for sure.

We stayed at this location a while back, arriving late at night. I stumbled to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night and bumped into a heavy metal panel that covered the A/C unit. It was loose and came off, landing on my foot and injurig my toe. I reported it in the mornig and we headed off to ski - however, my toe was excruciating painful in the ski boot and we had to abort our plans. In the afternoon, the panel still was not repaired. I called again and talked about my lost day. "Loss Prveneion" came up and took my report. The tech who eventually came by, fxed the panel and showed me the toggle bolt that had been too loose. I followed up with Loss Prevention without results, evetually calling the Manager. I expected that the Marriott brand would mean that they would attempt to make up for our lost vacation, comp rooms, lift tickets and something to make up for the fact that defective hotel equipment had INJURED me After weeks of calling, I got an offer of - drum roll - $150 in compensation !!!!!! This was the most pathetic effort at compensation, to the point of being insulting. My father took serirously ill around that time and that diverted my attention, oltherwise I would have gone after these characters with a personal injury LAWSUIT ... I still regret that I did not, but at the time my life just got crazy and I had to make choices. Apologies for the long narrative, but these jokers were unbeleivable in their disregard for me as a guest. They are hiding behind the Marriott brand - I have lolst my respect for it.

I stayed her for 3 nights with my daughters. The small kitchenette was worth the price and more. The girls didn't want to do anything more after skiing all day, so to be able to zap a can of soup or a quick TV dinner in the microwave was awesome! (It would be helpful to have in the room a large measuring cup to do so) I had to ask for the measuring cup and then I was really unsure IF the hotel was going to be accommodating. With - in 10 minutes room service was knocking on our door. (Thank YOU!) I would love to stay here next time, I think my husband is sold on the idea too.

I stayed her for 3 nights with my daughters. The small kitchenette was worth the price and more. The girls didn't want to do anything more after skiing all day, so to be able to zap a can of soup or a quick TV dinner in the microwave was awesome! (IIt would be helpful to have in the room a large measuring cup to do so); I had to ask for the measuring cup and then I was really unsure IF the hotel was going to be accommodating. With - in 10 minutes room service was knocking on our door.;Thank You. The complimentary on site laundry room is also a bonus. I enjoyed a wonderful massage at The Marriott Grand Residence I would love to stay here next time, I think my husband is sold on the idea too.

From the moment we arrived for our weekend getaway, everything was very pleasant, the resort was beautiful, the 1 bedroom villa was great, the bed was very comfortable and inviting. People were very very friendly and willing to please, we would go there again in a heartbeat!
