We got to the hotel before the normal check in time and they let us check in early with no problem. Staff was nice and friendly. Room was nice and clean. Restaurants food was great. Kids had fun in pool and beach. Will definitely stay again!

!We got to the hotel before the normal check in time and they let us check in early with no problem. Staff was nice and friendly. Room was nice and clean. Restaurants food was great. Excellent Experience! Kids had fun in pool and beach. Will definitely stay again!

We stayed for 4 days in July 2010 and were very impressed with the room, the staff and the restaurant. There's a coffee maker in the room. Coffee and teas are also available 'to go' in the lobby for a little over $* all day long. Lots of towels by the pool. The restaurant's prices were reasonable and the service very friendly. The S bus a block away brings you to Aventura mall (going north) or from a couple of blocks away, to South Beach and downtown Miami (going south) The beach is clean and the pool area is well kept. The rooms were clean, the bed and pillows very comfortable.

Very well kept rooms. Lobby is enjoyable to relax in the evenings. Outside pool and sun area is right off the beach and is beautiful, well kept and inviting. Hard to beat the rates and get this much of a great place to stay. I wish they would have a better set up for parking, but thats kind of the norm in Miami. DO yourself a favor and stay here. Please don't pay attention to the bad reviews, they are not being fair. We had a wonderful stay.

We booked a last minute stay to attend the Superbowl. The staff was extremely friendly from the front desks staff, bell staff, housekeeping, and bartenders. Front desk (esp Irene) greated us with a warm genuine welcome and a pleasant smile. Italy, the bartender offer suggestion for sightseeing and places we must visit. Also, hotel lobby is very huge, showcasing a beautiful waterfall that changes colors. The rooms were very spacious too. For it had a flat screen plasma type television, modern decor, and comfort pillowtop mattress. If you stay at this hotel u must request a room on the 10th floor facing the ocean. The 10th floor is the highest floor. The view is pure heaven. Also the hotel hosted a party for those who did'nt attend the Superbowl. Where they had a projector screen set up in their lobby. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel.
